Important Covid-19 Information

Consistent with Article 2(10)(f)(xx) of Athens-Clarke County Ordinance for the Second Declaration of a Local State of Emergency Related to Covid-19 (ACC 3-4-11), attorneys Kim T. Stephens and Michael S. Brown announce that Stephens & Brown will remain open to assist our clients with “legally mandated activities.” To limit exposure of clients and their loved ones to unnecessary risks, Stephens & Brown will be available to meet in person, when an in-person meeting is required, by telephone, and/or through virtual meeting platforms like Google Meet and Facetime.
